On June 15, 2021, Smaser AG held its first TRIP User Conference, reviving an old tradition among TRIP users for the first time in seven years. In addition to an introduction and presentation of the development of TRIP under Smaser to date, the participants were given an outlook on the planned innovations and insights in the form of product demos.
Special mention should be made of the guest presentation by Smaser partner IBM, with whose support artificial intelligence is becoming a part of TRIP. Equally impressive is the field report of a Smaser customer from the TRIP community on the containerization of TRIP.
After a successful start with the disyear User Conference, the Smaser TRIP team is looking forward to a continuation next year!
